Description

A designated area performs the roles of heavy fabrication manufacture, fabrication repair and heavy assembly. These roles are achieved through the processes of shotblasting, welding, painting and assembly.

An area of this shop is set aside for overhaul of diesel engines, generators and alternators.

Shot Blast 8m x 3.5m x 2m high. Longer Structures can be processed with additional handling and screening
Paint Single and two-pack systems up to 15m in length
Spray Booths Hot bay 8m x 5m x 3m, Cold bay 6m x 5m x 3m.
Welding Metal inert gas, manual metal arc/tungsten inert gas
Services Electrical - 110V, 240V 415V, Air - 5.5 bar
Office Accomodation 200m2 for production control, tooling and procurement
Stores Area 1000m2 of modern racking, using computerised stores control systems.
