The fabrication shop is mainly employed for sheet metal fabricated enclosures for Traction Control Equipment. Other enclosures can also be produced for general industrial control equipment. From time to time other equipment for use on locomotives such as fuel tanks etc, are manufactured. Locomotive superstructures can also be produced although at present production would be restricted to "Shunter" sizes within the existing area.
